Oxygenated Cleaners

The other day after watching T.V. and apparently a few commercials, my son came to me with a very important question about oxygen. After patiently explaining air and its chemical makeup, our bodies and their needs, and even plant contributions, I thought I'd done a great job. He still looked confused, and asked, "How do they get that in soaps?"
