I purchased a new floor mate to replace the old one which was 8 or 9 years old, great product cant clean without this item. In the box of the new one there was no cleaning fluid this box was never opened, are you no longer packaging a sample of your cleaning solution? Thank you for your great cleaning tool Lucy.
I just had our second floormate bite the dust in less than 2 years. Our first lasted about 4 yearsm but the second one has a number of plastic parts around the scrub brush area that have broken and the motor for the brush has also stopped working. The machine is a great machine if you are talking cleqning only, but for durability and longevity, it gets a D- grade from me. My wife and I are not hard on appliances and there was no exception to this machine. I’m throughly disgusted with the poor quality in materials. We may start looking for a different manufacturer and not buy into another floormate.
