Spring cleaning time is my favorite time to do a spot check of how my shelf liner is holding up. Last year, I found such a good deal on my favorite kind that I stocked up enough to last the decade. Or so I thought. When I went to retrieve my stash, there wasn't any left. Suddenly my entire family began to pipe up with the various projects over the past year that had needed rubber shelf liner to complete. Preventing a tabletop Foosball table from sliding around, creating a pathway from the water slide in the backyard to the swing set, keeping tools from rolling around on the concrete during various auto repairs...and the list just went on.
If you are looking to update your shelf liner, you may find it difficult to remove. Stubborn and sticky shelf liner can be a pain, but there are some tricks to make it possible to get it up. Just make sure you hide any extras. Apparently it's a valuable commodity.
