For the new year, I am determined to get rid of clutter, no matter where it is hiding. As I've been going through the house, I've realized that a lot of the clutter is easy to let go of. For your reference, these are 4 types of clutter we don't have to spend a lot of time deciding about. Just let these 4 types go.

Clutter is my enemy. We recently moved and before packing I threw out what seemed to be a lot of things, but now that I am unpacking I still find myself giving things up. I ask myself if I need the item in question, if I have used it in the past two years or how I will feel if I no longer have it. I am amazed at how much I can truly live without!
The phrase, “sticky clutter,” really caught my eye and made me laugh out loud. To help my motivation, I printed out Sarah’s article and have it visible as I work through a room, just to keep me going. Rewarding my goals with breaks: sitting down with a cup of tea and admiring the accomplishment gets me motivated to move on with the next phase.
