How to Care For Non Stick Cookware

Non stick cookware can be easily scratched, ruining the non stick aspect of the cookware. Use a plastic mesh scrubber to scrub the inside of the non stick cookware. Also use baking soda, a mild abrasive, for the bottom of the pan. Remember that the bottom of the pan may contain grease and residue that, if not removed, will burn and stain the pan when it is next used.
