Stain Removal for Margarine

Margarine can be added to almost any meal at breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Butter stains cause oily discoloration on our clothes. Be sure to wash any stained clothing in the hottest water that is still safe for the clothing.

Stain Removal Step 1.

Remove as much excess margarine as possible with a dull knife or spoon.

Stain Removal Step 2.

Apply a stain remover stick, gel, or spray and let stand for several minutes to allow it to go completely through the fabric.

Stain Removal Step 3.

Use liquid detergent to rub through the stained areas of the fabric.

Stain Removal Step 4.

Allow the garment to sit for a 3-5 minutes.

Stain Removal Step 5.

Wash in the hottest water that is still safe for the fabric.
