The Bottom Line

The best part about a dilutable cleaner is the ability to create your own concentrations for cleaning multiple areas in your home. Clorox Green Works Dilutable Cleaner is a great product for cleaning non-wood floors, sinks, garbage cans, sinks, stoves, and more. Whether diluted in a spray bottle, or a mop bucket, this cleaner packs surprisingly powerful punch on grease and grime, considering that it's main ingredients are made from coconut, corn, and lemons.

Guide Review - Clorox Green Works Natural Dilutable Cleaner

Mopping-Although it's not recommended for wood floors, the Green Works Dilutable Cleaner did a great job on vinyl and ceramic tile. There was no hint of sticky residue, although it did seem to take a little longer for the floor to dry than with some other dilutable mopping solutions. The slight hint of lemon scent was nice without overwhelming the senses.

General Cleaning- The Green Works Dilutable cleaner did a nice job on greasy countertops, and left a polished sheen on stainless steel. Even a splattered cooktop benefited from a direct shot of the cleaner.

Surprising Use-The trash can, where my children drop lollipops into a can without a bag, was in serious need of help. I poured a half cup of cleaner and 1 gallon of water in the trash can and let it sit for 15 minutes, when I poured the cleaner out, all that was left to do was to briefly wipe the interior of the trash can. The hint of lemon scent lingered with the trash can for several days.
