Removing Tea Stains

Stain Removal Step 1.

Blot up as much of the tea stain as possible by using a clean white cloth.

Stain Removal Step 2.

Pour cold water onto the tea stain and blot up the stained area again.

Stain Removal Step 3.

Use a carpet stain remover according to the directions.

Stain Removal Step 4.

If traces of the tea stain remain, sponge a mild bleach like vinegar onto the stained area and allow it to sit for 7-10 minutes.

Stain Removal Step 5.

Sponge the area thoroughly with water and blot to remove any traces of the vinegar.
